Gaysorn Plaza Bangkok is a very up market and plush shopping complex in the heart of Bangkok. It comprises top fashion brands, watches, hi end hi fi and jewelry. Gaysorn has a whilte marble style interior highlighting the fact that it is an exclusive shopping complex and making it a nice and cool shopping experience. There are a few coffee shops and cafes where you can have light meal but Gaysorn is the domain of the rich and famous and you'd not go there for any other reason than to spend lots of money, to cool down or to pass through to get to Central World

As mentioned Gaysorn is very much an up market shopping complex and rarely has more than a hand full of people shopping at any one time. It's a very quiet and very cool shopping experience although every now and then a group of rich kids will meet and buy expensive goods and eat at one of the restaurants / cafes.

BTS	Nearest BTS is Chidlom, but you can walk directly into Gaysorn from the station via the skywalk bridge which connects to Gaysorn.

Don't try to take photographs. There are guards on every level and any attempt to take a photograph will be greeted by a swift "no" from any one of the numerous guards

There is no real layout for the floors with regards what is found on each floor. You can find a pharmacy next to a hi-fi shop which in turn could be next to a book shop and so you'll have to wander the floors and find what it is you are looking for that way.

Gaysorn is smack bang in the middle of some of the best shopping in Bangkok. Within walking distance of Gaysorn, there are the following shopping malls:

The best alternative to Gaysorn Plaza is probably Siam Paragon or The Emporium, both of which have a good selection of up market stores. Siam Paragon is the best of the two alternatives and probably has more up market shops than Gaysorn. It's also close and about a 10 minute walk via the Skywalk which connects Gaysorn, Central World Plaza and Siam Paragon and so you can easily walk between Gaysorn and Siam Paragon whilst keeping fairly cool.

The Emporium is not accessible via the Skywalk although it is easy to access via the skytrain which you can get to by walking towards Central Chidlom. Again, this is possible via the Skywalk and is about a three minute walk from Gaysorn Plaza.
