We had a personal experience with this agent and everything went fine and we even paid the full amount for two Elite class tickets with EVA AIR, amounting to 118,000 Baht.

We received confirmations, seat numbers and the e-ticket a few days before flying out. We even confirmed a return date change the day before we flew.

It all came to an abrupt halt when we tried to check in and were told the ticket had been cancelled.

The Agent was a sub agent and did not have enough money to pay the main agent, even though we'd paid in full.

To cut a long and traumatic story short, we have been trying for nearly three months to get a refund.
EVA AIR has helped as much as they can but Siripan has been rude, unco-operative and lies about everything she can in order to worm her way out of giving back a refund.
